Clarity through precision with the digital Littmann stethoscope

The Littmann CORE delivers what it promises: balanced acoustics and comfort combined with powerful digital technology from Eko. This enables clear amplification of the chest sounds relevant to the examination, while the active noise cancellation reduces disturbing background noise to a minimum. The locking ear tips provide the necessary acoustic sealing. In combination with the Eko app, the digital stethoscope enables data transmission to mobile devices . This means that patient data such as recordings of heart sounds can be visualized, shared and saved in real time - ideal for documenting the course of a disease for training purposes or for handing over to colleagues.

For use in training situations with one or more earpieces, the modern CORE stethoscope can be easily connected to separate over-ear headphones or a Bluetooth-enabled speaker.

In order to transmit heart and lung sounds to a Bluetooth-enabled hearing aid, the hearing aid specialist can check in advance whether the corresponding hearing aid is compatible. The Eko Mobile app is required to pair it with the Littmann CORE. The transmission then works via the existing Bluetooth connection between the hearing aid and smartphone.
